The Pharmacist went to check if my medication was ready, left me on hold and then hung up, I assume accidentally. No big deal. I went to the store to see if the medication was available. She proceeded to get angry and claimed she told me no over the phone. She also was upset with a staff member, over a ringing phone. Maybe she just had a bad day. Overall the other staff were very nice, especially the front area guy. I cancelled all medications and went back to CVS.
